Dog walking is a booming business. Any one can start up a dog walking service, you need no training or experience to start. You can get insured no questions asked and your away. All will claim a love of dogs and the experience of having their own pet. But that does not make them a professional dog handler. With new goverment dog laws and council bylaws you need to be sure your dog is in safe hands.  

 My training covered many aspects of dog handling. As all the army dogs were trained attack dogs top of the list was safe handling of the dogs.  

  The course also covered, Obedience handling, Grooming, Restraint and Manipulation of injured & sick dogs, Common ailments of health, Wounds and injuries and much more.   

I then went on to work for the Ministry of Defence Police dog section for next 10 years, untill goverment cut backs closed the dog section at Shoebury
